1. Manage & confirm the work associated with interior (ex. open, renovation) through communication with a head office in France and manage the implementation
2. Direct and plan the woks associated with VM(ex. window animation, visual plan) tho the manual and manage the implememtation 3. Provide a VM guideline peridically to sales associated and tranin them in the head office and on the spot 4. Budget planning & monitoring related to VM and Interior execution 5. Communcate to perform the Interior & VM team & Coordinators, direct the works and manage them 6. Plan the schedule of the Sales VM & Coordinators, direct the woks and manage them 7. Coordinate importion the furniture and materials from France, Germany and China align with global POS & VM guideline |
